We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing care and assistance to vulnerable Adults with Emotional Behavioural Disorders, Learning Difficulties, and Mental Health Needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Encourage healthy habits, routines, and hobbies with young people.
2. Implement care plans tailored to each person's needs.
3. Communicate effectively with young people, families, colleagues, and other industry professionals.
4. Provide emotional support and companionship.
5. Facilitate access to the community for young people and adults.
6. Enable independence through developing residents' domestic skills such as cooking, cleaning, finance skills, and shopping.
Requirements:
Must have:
1. Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals.
2. Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
3. Understanding of care plans and willingness to follow them diligently.
Nice to have:
1. Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care.
2. Manual UK Driving Licence.
3. Other relevant qualifications e.g. teaching, sports coaching.
