As an integral part of our team, you'll be working in a dynamic office-based environment, engaging with customers daily to conduct business reviews and create value at every interaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Effectively manage and develop a customer base to exceed targets.
2. Provide bespoke solutions to customers, supporting them to deliver the best experience.
3. Accelerate account spend and identify opportunities to add products.
4. Apply knowledge of Lyreco’s workplace solutions, including structure, service offerings, and promotions, to add value.
5. Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure continued spending within your area of responsibility.
6. Capture the full customer spend on workplace solutions using available reports and promotions.
7. Resolve customer queries within agreed timescales.
8. Liaise with the Inside Sales Team Leader on account issues.
9. Maintain accurate account records in CRM.
Requirements:
* Experience in a telephone-based environment.
* Enthusiastic about sales, maintaining high standards and a positive attitude.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to exceed KPIs and earn commissions.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills to build successful relationships.
