Key Duties Responsibilities
* Represent & promote Cosy and its products.
* Establish strategic partnerships with new or existing UK Trade accounts to increase revenue.
* Identify & develop sales opportunities for commercial growth by keeping close to the market and trends.
* Maximise revenue growth by utilising knowledge of industry and product to ensure customer is best informed and matched with range & solution needed.
* Manage & record sales activity through our CRM system.
* Drive customer satisfaction & relationships ensuring revenue growth & customer retention.
* Some UK travel may be required.
Person Specification
* Excellent communicator both written & verbally.
* Outgoing, engaging & confident.
* Second to none relationship building skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Driven to succeed with a proven track record.
* Account management or business development experience in B2B education resources market desirable but not essential.
* Target driven/focused.
* Strong team player that can work pro-actively & self-manage.
* Full UK driving license is essential.
