Location: Hackney, East London
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + Excellent benefits

Five days on a rota basis, including no more than 1 in 3 weekendsYour responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of hot and cold foods like breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts
Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies
Build positive relationships with everyone who uses the catering services, including patients, visitors, and staff
Represent the catering service with a friendly, inclusive attitudeWhat we're looking for:
A Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene (or be willing to get one within 1 month)
C&G 7061/2 or an NVQ in a similar field
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking practices and food safety
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage food prep independently
