Support Desk Administrator / Contracts Administrator
Location: Cambridge
Salary: Up to £26,000 (dependent on experience)
TSR is working with a leading nationwide Facilities Management company seeking a Support Desk Administrator and Contracts Administrator to join their team in Cambridge.
As a Support Desk Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring systems are up to date and work is scheduled and completed on time. You'll manage incoming calls and emails promptly and maintain high service standards.
Must have a minimum of 1 year administration experience.
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll prepare, negotiate, and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legislation and company goals, while identifying and managing potential risks.
Must have a minimum of 1 year administration experience.
