Our client, a leading engineering construction company, is seeking a Contract Support Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pulborough. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to play a pivotal role in supporting civil engineering and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project management for civil engineering and construction projects.
Liaise with developers, suppliers, and contractors to schedule works & ensure project completion.
Create new jobs and maintain updates via the company's CRM system.
Assist in managing health and safety documentation, including COSHH assessments and policy reviews.
Manage and allocate invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in construction or scheduling roles.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative processes.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What's on Offer:
Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 pa, depending on experience.
Full-time, permanent hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
