Job Description
Due to expansion in our European business, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our highly skilled, hardworking and friendly team in London. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, pitching and selling Appcast Solutions to direct employers at large Enterprise organisations.
Your responsibilities:
1. Initiate, develop and close sales opportunities.
2. Apply established sales methodologies to drive new logo acquisition.
3. Conduct online product demonstrations and present complex concepts to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
4. Build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
5. Deliver sales forecasts and pipeline progress commentary on a weekly basis while also ensuring Salesforce is accurately kept up to date at all times.
Qualifications
6. ‘Hunter mentality’ for prospecting and closing sales with a demonstrated history of consistently achieving targets.
7. Minimum 3 years of experience selling high value solutions in an Enterprise environment, preferably in the HR Tech or Talent Acquisition space.
8. Strong consultative selling skills.
9. Proven track record in generating and securing six figure new business deals within large Enterprise organisations.
10. Self-motivated, driven and has a ‘go-getter’ attitude.
