In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of company share transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will also play a crucial role in educating our employees and stakeholders by organizing and delivering engaging workshops across various company locations. What You'll Do: Shares Management: Administer the buying and selling of company shares, adhering to internal policies and regulations. Coordinate and monitor share transactions, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance. Provide expert assistance to employees and stakeholders regarding share ownership, transactions, and policies. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure all share-related activities comply with relevant legislation. Workshops & Training: Organise and conduct informative workshops at various company locations to educate employees on share schemes, processes, and benefits. Develop and deliver clear, engaging presentations and materials explaining share plans, tax implications, and financial benefits. Act as a subject matter expert on company shares, providing ongoing support and guidance. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee share-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. Work closely with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on company share policies and updates. Maintain clear and effective communication regarding upcoming share transactions, deadlines, and events. Travel : Travel to various company locations to conduct workshops and provide on-site support. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and workshop logistics for seamless event execution. What You'll Bring: Previous experience in shares administration, finance, or a related field (preferred). Strong understanding of financial markets, share schemes, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant share management software. Desirable Skills: Experience in a corporate or finance-related environment. Knowledge of UK or international tax implications related to share ownership.
