I'm working exclusively with a rapidly expanding Photography business who are seeking two dynamic Sales Managers to lead our Oxford and Northampton branches! This isn't just a job; it's a chance to build something special and make the role your own.
Partnering directly with the company owners, you'll be instrumental in shaping the entire client experience. You'll lead and mentor your team, foster a positive and productive environment while consistently raising the bar for customer satisfaction. You'll be the driving force from telesales to closing high-value art sales, while remaining actively involved in every facet of the business to drive exceptional results.
You don't need to come from an art/media background for the role.
We're looking for someone who understands a high volume sales environment in a team lead/management capacity. Someone who prides themselves on customer experience while willing to learn a new product offering at the same time. You'll be taught what's needed to be successful. You just need to bring the tools with you.

* Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
