Job Title: Dutch Customer Service Representative
Location: Near Coventry, UK (On-site). Hybrid possible (Max 2 days a week). You must be able to go to the office. Visa assistance is not possible, so must have the right to work.

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Dutch and German-speaking customers. You'll handle calls, emails, and online queries, ensuring each customer receives outstanding support. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our high customer satisfaction ratings while hitting KPIs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
2. Resolving issues efficiently while providing excellent service
3. Meeting and exceeding KPI targets (response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction)
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer queries are addressed effectively
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
1. Fluent in Dutch and German (written and spoken)
2. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
3. Experience in customer service (calls & online) or a keen willingness to learn
4. Ability to work towards KPIs and performance targets
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
