Outbound Customer Service Advisor - Direct Debits
Basic Salary: £10.97 Per Hour / £22,796.80 Per Annum - OTE £28,000

The Role – Outbound Customer Service Advisor - Direct Debits
We are looking for confident, resilient people with a passion for excellent customer service, a talent for upselling and great at rapport building.
8. Responsible for outbound calls setting up direct debits with existing customers
9. Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with customers
10. Ability to upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers
11. Ability to explain to customers what a direct debit is, and its benefits
12. Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems
13. Promoting company brand image positively
14. Demonstrate strong product knowledge ensure all customer queries can be answered
15. Provide a high level of customer service; being appreciative and understanding each individual’s needs.
Required Experience
16. Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable
17. A proven record in upselling products with existing customers
18. Excellent customer service skills
19. Strong negotiation and sales skills
20. Ability to work both as a team and as an individual
21. Ability to work towards office targets and KPI’s
22. The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively
