Job Title: HR Manager Location: Dungannon, UK Direct Reports: 12 HR Professionals Reporting to: Site General Manager Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Site Senior Management Team on workforce strategy, including staffing and succession planning. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives. Oversee the management of HR data and produce insightful reports. Facilitate coaching and development for managers to improve staff management skills. Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues. Manage all aspects of site recruitment and staff pay and benefits. Support training and development initiatives for site staff and the HR team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality regulations. Qualifications/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent. Extensive HR experience in a similar environment, with managerial experience. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and systems. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
