Location: Cardiff
Salary: £28,000 per annum + pension, Life Insurance, and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Produce quotations for projects using the EPICOR system and submit them to the Sales Office Manager within dedicated timescales.
* Review enquiries to ensure the ability to supply compliant quotations within the company's product range.
* Ensure all quotations are 100% accurate, including relevant margins, and comply with certification requirements.
* Manage quote amendments pre- and post-sale to meet customer and project needs.
* Raise DFA's (Design for Approval) when required, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Communicate regularly with external customers to ensure comprehensive and compliant quotations.
* Maintain regular customer contact regarding key quotations to address inquiries and updates.
* Answer general technical enquiries, including specifications, certifications, and building regulations, consulting the technical team when necessary.
* Follow all standard operating procedures and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
* Continuously look for ways to improve the quoting process and contribute to operational efficiencies.
* Ensure KPIs related to estimation and customer engagement are met consistently.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Production Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineer role.
* Educated to HNC level (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline would be beneficial.
* Lean Management experience.
* Must be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Experience of 2D and/or 3D CAD would be beneficial.
* A proven track record of implementing improvements in processes and operational effectiveness.
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment with a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
