The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a dedicated team, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Service, Warehouse, Pick, Pack, Despatch and Transport departments.
Your primary objective will be to deliver efficient, cost-effective operations that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the customer service team to provide exceptional support and resolve any issues promptly.
Manage and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Supervise pick pack despatch processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate transport logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve their full potential.Experience
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of customer service, pick, pack, despatch and warehouse operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities.
