Your focus will be on building robust data reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that drive business performance. You will be the go-to expert for data reporting within your area of the business. Partner with Directors and Managers: Work closely with senior leaders to deliver accurate and timely data reports that support strategic decision-making. Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation processes. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive data reporting systems. Analyse data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Talent Development: Support the development of high-potential talent by providing data-driven insights into performance and development needs. Succession Planning: Assist in supply/demand and succession planning by providing data insights that inform future staffing needs. Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that data reporting reflects the diversity and inclusion goals of the organization. Change Management: Support the deployment of change projects by providing data insights that inform training and development initiatives. Resource Alignment: Align data reporting with business needs to ensure resources are allocated effectively. Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to managers on data reporting tools and systems. Recruitment Support: Provide data insights during recruitment campaigns to ensure effective talent acquisition. Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations. Knowledge of Data Reporting Tools: Proficiency in data reporting tools and software. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide data-driven insights that support business goals.
