Our client are a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield, specialising in high-quality cast products for a range of industries, including Defence, Energy, and engineering. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a results-oriented Sales professional to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role would suit someone from a Foundry / Complex Alloys background that wants to work for an agile business with the ability to manufacture low volume, often bespoke metal castings from huge valves for the Oil & Gas market through to gas turbine blades. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand market presence. Identify and target new customers in key sectors. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in business development ideally from a Foundry / Alloys background. Strong knowledge of cast products, foundry operations, or precision engineering (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. A proactive, self-motivated approach to winning new business.
