Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading audit projects from start to finish before going to the Partner for review.
2. Managing daily operations on client projects while mentoring and guiding team members.
3. Providing high quality accounting and taxation advice and support.
4. Engaging with clients by updating them on project status, answering queries and tackling complex issues.
5. Actively networking and building strong relationships with clients.
6. Tracking engagement profitability by overseeing billings and collections.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in a Chartered Accountants/Bureau environment is preferred due to the client-facing nature of the role.
2. Prior experience in Audit and strong technical knowledge.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
