BG Citizens Advice duties are to provide a professional and dedicated service to the community.
1. We take away the language barriers for those where English is not their first language.
2. Liaising with the case during the entire case until it is finalised.
3. To answer all your queries and questions in the shortest period of time.
4. BG Citizens Advice will not advise you regarding any Legal / Criminal & Immigration issues, without the relevant professionals (Lawyers / Barristers) participating in our Consultation.
We provide continuous assistance throughout, from start to finish, while the solicitor arranges professional assistance.
Your duty is to obtain the information from the client/s and pass this onto the designated professionals in the fields, which we work alongside.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Advisor with background knowledge of Law and Immigration who can join our team. Experience in UK Citizens Law is essential as you will be working alongside Law Firms and Barristers. A background experience as a Paralegal is ideal.
Must Speak Bulgarian fluently. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Daily liaising with Law Firm Barristers and Court Cases is a vital part of this position. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle data entry, analyse information, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist in analysing data to support decision-making processes within the organisation.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing clear information and assistance.
* Engage in upselling opportunities when interacting with clients to enhance service offerings.
* Organise and maintain files, documents, and other administrative resources for easy access.
* Support the team with various administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Bulgarian and English is essential.
* Understanding of case files and Law regarding individual cases.
* Good data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy using PC and Emails.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
* Demonstrated experience in providing customer service or administrative support is advantageous.
* Ability to analyse information effectively and make informed decisions based on data.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
