If you have a strong passion for design and a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles, this role is for you. You will be responsible for managing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that all designs meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities
* Leading and managing a team across multiple projects of all RIBA stages
* Produce accurate construction information including technical details, specification and schedule of work
* Submit detailed planning and building regulation applications in accordance with current CDM health and safety regulations
* Attend site visits to carry out site surveys and deal with general and technical queries
* Contribute to the development and growth of the team
* Proactive in staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
* Preparing design proposals using Revit, CAD and traditional methods
* Contributing to the detailed design process and co-ordinating detailed design information
* Ability to financial budget and meet deadlines
