The Role
As a CRM Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering day-to-day CRM campaigns and supporting the team in executing business-critical tasks. You will work closely with the CRM team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, helping us engage our customers effectively while meeting business objectives. This is a hands-on role, where attention to detail, efficiency, and collaboration are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the CRM team in delivering day-to-day campaigns, including email, push notifications and content cards.
· Assist in the execution of automated customer journeys and lifecycle programmes.
· Manage campaign scheduling, segmentation, and audience selection using Optimove.
· Ensure campaigns are tested, approved, and deployed on time, following internal processes.
· Monitor campaign performance, providing initial insights and reports to support decision-making.
· Collaborate with marketing, data, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader business goals.
· Help troubleshoot any issues with campaign delivery and escalate where necessary.
· Support in ad-hoc CRM tasks and projects to enhance team performance and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
· Some experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field, with an interest in customer communications.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Basic understanding of segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping.
· Proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring all campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, working well within cross-functional teams.
· Comfortable using data to monitor performance and suggest improvements.
· Experience with CRM platforms (such as Optimove) is a plus but not essential.
