Job Description
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team
2. Coordinate and manage customer service inquiries, converting them into sales
3. Maintain and update sales and customer records
4. Communicate important feedback from customers internally
5. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
6. Stay up-to-date with new products and features
7. Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and efficiency
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Sales Support Specialist' should have:
1. An educational or work-based background in Business Administration or a similar field
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent communication abilities, especially via telephone
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent problem-solving skills
