Location: We’ve recently opened an office in Edinburgh and are looking for someone based in southern Scotland. While we offer flexible working and mainly remote or hybrid if you want it, being close to the office and key Scottish clients will be crucial for collaboration and engagement. Role Summary: As Senior Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager of Power Networks and Strategic Advisory and lead a team of up to 20 people, including 3 direct reports. It’s anticipated that this role will grow as the business grows. You’ll be responsible for the delivery and commercial performance of our Power Systems Studies teams in Europe, ensuring projects are well-resourced, effectively budgeted, and delivered on time. Your role will also focus on driving new business, leading complex projects, and providing strategic guidance to our clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Collaboration with our North American Power Networks, Senior Manager will be a key aspect of this role, as you work closely with global teams to deliver impactful solutions and support our international growth.
