Job responsibilities
A formal job plan will be agreed between the appointee and their Clinical Director, on behalf of the Medical Director, after the commencement date of the appointment. The following is a suggestion of the main responsibilities - inpatient ward cover, TIA clinic and Stroke clinic, plus on call commitment to the Stroke consultant on call rota with appropriate compensatory rest. We would anticipate the various commitments evolving with shared job plan review facilitating personal development.
