What You'll Do
As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and developing your colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also be involved in managing the store safely, conducting diligent checks, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
You'll work closely with your store manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and implement change initiatives. You'll also be responsible for building relationships with local suppliers and stakeholders, promoting the Co-op brand, and contributing to our community outreach programs.
