We have exciting opportunities for Experienced Electrical Team Leaders to join our Team at Stocksbridge.
As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be part of a multi-disciplined diagnostic team responding to breakdowns & developing repair strategies. You will support the departments Shift Management team (Production and Engineering) to ensure Safety, Quality and Production Plans are all met.

The Role of the Electrical Team Leader:
* Manage Safety, Health & Environment, and people, with a focus on problem-solving.
* Direct the team to carry out PPM (Pre Planned Maintenance) in line with the schedule set on the CMMS.
* Deliver business communications to the team (business performance safety briefs).
* Learn and lead with a multi-functional and flexible team in knowledge of all departments.
* Provide operation and maintenance service to the overall site, involving planning & delegating activities of Team Members and contractors.
* Plan labour & material requirements for plant needs as specified by Section Engineers.
* Write and review risk assessments, method statements, and procedures.
* Use initiative in response to breakdowns.
* Involved in Improvement Planning.
* Ensure business health and safety instructions are followed.
* Deputise for the 1st line Engineering Management.
* Utilize the Maintenance management system for maintenance activities.
* Manage the permitting system for the department.
Required Of The Electrical Team Leaders:
* A recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship (Preferably HNC but minimum ONC level or equivalent).
* Sound plant engineering knowledge and experience of industrial systems such as AC & DC circuits, hydraulic systems, pumps, drives and gearboxes, heavy machinery, water cooling systems, conveyor systems, dust extraction systems, robotics and PLCs.
* Self-starting driven individual capable of leading a small team.
* Ability to work with cross-functional groups.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to methodically fault find any issues to root cause and front-line rectification.
* Experience of working under permit systems.
* A customer-focused attitude with an understanding of prioritisation with current resources.
The Working Pattern of the Electrical Team Leaders:
