Interim HR Administrator - 10 months Term time only £25600 - Liskeard Well Placed HR are delighted to have been engaged by an education provider based in East Cornwall. This role is offered as a 10-month fixed term contract and hours are term time only (with adhoc additional days to suit the business needs). This is a broad role that represents an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with limited human resources exposure looking to develop their career in the sector, or an experienced office administrator seeking a move into a people management function. Key responsibilities to include: - Support a diverse range of HR administration duties using bespoke HR software systems including administration of leavers, starters, staff absence and payroll. - Updating of paperwork and setting up of return to work meetings. - Specific administration relating to employee relations, training and development and occupational health referrals. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience ideally gained either in a people management function, or a fast-paced administration department.
