About the role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Feedback Coordinator to join our Marketing department at The Bedford College Group .
The Customer Feedback Co-ordinator plays a crucial role in managing and improving stakeholder feedback processes across the Group. This includes ensuring timely administration of feedback and complaints, supporting senior leadership with data insights, and contributing to service improvements. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
As a Customer Feedback Coordinator, you play an important role in the success of our students through:
1. Stakeholder Feedback - Assist with administration, ensure compliance, and analyse feedback and complaints data.
2. Administrative Support - Organize meetings, manage projects, produce reports, and support quality assurance.
3. Event Support - Assist at key events like Open Days and Graduation Ceremonies.
4. Process Improvement - Contribute to process improvements and explore digital solutions.
5. Stakeholder Engagement - Liaise with stakeholders, develop expertise, and collaborate with other departments.
About you:
6. Education and Experience - Good general education (GCSEs in English and Maths), at least one year of administrative experience, minute-taking, and producing accurate reports.
7. IT and Communication Skills - Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), high level of English grammar, effective communication, and proof-reading abilities.
8. Work Ethic and Performance - Can-do attitude, ability to manage workload and meet deadlines, high performance, and positive team contribution.
9. Professional Conduct - Promote reputation, maintain appropriate relationships, and carry out business professionally.
10. Flexibility and Development - Willingness to update skills, flexible approach to work, and commitment to continuous improvement.
