We're in search of a dynamic Solutions Manager, to drive new business and enhance our already prestigious client roster. This role is pivotal within ITG's Growth division, offering a unique blend of consultative sales and strategic conversion efforts. Reporting to the Head of Growth, the chosen candidate will play a crucial role in our ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ability to lead individual responses, and align to process steps set out, to ensure that each response is crafted in a timely manner, to high quality, and with alignment across key stakeholders in the business.
* Under guidance of the Head of Solutions, management of end-to-end responses across both competitive and non-competitive growth opportunities with potential and existing clients, collaborating across the Solutions Team to craft winning proposals.
* Manage all sales process documentation, including Request for Information, Request for Proposals, Request for Quotations, all alongside the Commercial team.
* Working alongside Growth leads who are the lead contact for opportunities, and utilising their knowledge of the client, relationship, and solution to craft any response
* Engage in ITG’s Growth process from evaluating client challenges to designing and presenting compelling solutions.
* Foster strong partnerships across the sales team and the wider ITG Group, tapping into a wealth of subject matter expertise.
* Uphold and promote ITG's culture and values in all engagements.
Requirements
Essential Skills:
What You'll Need:
* Strong generalist knowledge of Marketing and Technology options available within the market.
* Proven ability to adhere to business processes, and utilising listening skills to unlock opportunities and overcome challenges in proposal creation.
* Commercial acumen with a focus on ROI for clients.
* Solid project and change management expertise.
* Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to engage with marketing subject matter experts.
* Proven track record in guiding clients and teams towards marketing excellence.
* Ability to map processes in detail and propose efficiency-enhancing alternatives.
* Skilled in creating and presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Strong IT skills, able to use a range of tools primarily MacOS, Microsoft suite, and Monday.com.
How You'll Work:
* Effective communication across all business levels, including C-Level, with a flair for relationship building.
* Outstanding project management and organisational skills in a dynamic priority landscape.
* Excellent interpersonal, detail orientation, and written/verbal communication abilities.
* Strong time management to meet pressing deadlines.
* Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and development.
* Capable of juggling multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
* The role can be Birmingham or London based. If remote/hybrid the expectation will be for the successful candidate to be able to travel to their nearest location for key meetings depending on the business’s requirements.
