What’s the Opportunity?
If you are an excellent communicator who can articulate technical design and project management issues, this role will provide the opportunity to work across multi-disciplinary projects in Formula 1, Life Sciences, Data Centres, and Automotive sectors. You will engage with our multi-disciplinary design teams to shape how design management is carried out on our projects. If you have experience of running complex projects as a Lead Consultant or Project Architect, this could be a good step-up for your career. This role can be based in either our Oxford or Birmingham offices.

4. Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards and recommending system improvements.
5. A good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and experience through pre- and post-contract stages.
What are the day to day role duties?
1. Defining design programmes, design deliverables, and communications across multiple complex projects.
2. Supporting the Lead Consultant in project administration and reporting.
3. Leading design team meetings with internal and external consultants.
4. Supporting Client technical approval processes and internal quality assurance.
5. Leading the Design team to ensure projects are set up for success.
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
1. Managing design teams and projects as Lead Consultant.
2. Relevant design industry experience, with a background on large complex projects, such as Architecture or Engineering, ideally with chartered status.
3. Be proficient in the use of digital tools to manage the design process such as MS Excel, MS Project, and document management platforms.
4. Experience of defining BIM deliverables and design programming is advantageous.
