Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting 1 WTE WorkWell Senior Work & Health Coaches to manage the Work & Health teams across the Black Country, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Sandwell. The successful candidate will support the team to increase access to quality WorkWell interventions and support participants to address barriers preventing them to progress into employment and retaining employment. Quality will be key to developing tailored individualised action plans.
Main duties of the job
This role will support the teams to maintain focus on employment and the wider determinants of health impacting on participants' goals. The role will provide supervision, advice and mentoring in order to achieve core KPI's employment and delivery quality outcomes. The successful candidates will support the KPI submission with clear and accurate data collation, ensure that the quality of service delivery remains in line with WorkWell audit requirements and that co-production is embedded in our ethos. Contract Type: Fixed Term - 15 Months
The role will work collaborating with clinicians, participants, families, partner organisations and employers across the Black Country. The successful candidates will support a small team who carry a caseload of up to 25-30 individuals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collation and submission of monthly KPIs and caseload management tools for Work & Health Coaches.
* Managing staff and complying with HR policies and procedures as required.
* Creating and maintaining partnerships in the geographical area both internally and externally.
* Carrying a small caseload and leading the team by example for delivering a high quality service.
Person Specification
* Management training or equivalent experience
* An ability to lead, supervise and develop a staff team independently
* An ability to initiate and develop relationships with both internal and external partners
* Working knowledge of the barriers faced by individuals who may be socially excluded and furthest from the labour market
* Ability to consistently achieve performance and quality targets
* Experience of supporting individuals with long term Mental Health support needs
