Role: Client Relationship Executive
Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. Flexible start and end times. Hybrid working potential following probation.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and meeting service level agreements.
2. Keep clients updated on contract performance and promptly respond to their queries.
3. Monitor visit schedules to ensure adherence to contracted agreements.
4. Generate and chase approval of quotes.
5. Build positive relationships with clients, fostering account growth.
6. Prepare KPI reports and participate in client meetings.
7. Oversee mobilisation of new accounts and complete administrative tasks as needed.
8. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication.
Desired Experience:
1. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment or senior hospitality role.
2. Understanding of client requirements and expectations.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualities:
1. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
2. Confidence in handling various tasks within a fast-paced environment.
3. Previous experience in a customer service role.
4. Ability to adapt and prioritise as workload shifts.
