So what's the role mission? Working in a small team to support the Site Administration Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining effective stock control on site of raw materials, packaging, bought-in products, and finished goods.You will also complete all the admin involved to support this pivotal role. This will include issuing goods out to other site locations and counting stock on a cyclical basis for finished goods, ordering through bulk and individual Purchase Orders, receipting of items and invoice queries. Working with the department teams, you will ensure that the stock levels are correct, ensuring computer systems and records are fully accurate and updated, and be proactive in stock checking against system reports and records to ensure that stock levels are always at the required levels to meet the needs of production and our customers. What are the mission critical skills? Strong administrative skills Stock control experience is preferred as you will be assisting with stock takes and carrying out cycle counts Excellent IT skills - particularly Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Ideally, you’ll be able to produce and maintain spreadsheet reports/pivot tables using Excel Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload to specific deadlines Good communication skills with fellow colleagues and suppliers The desire to make the role your own whilst growing and developing with Marshalls What's in it for you?
