Human Resources Department
The Human Resources (HR) team is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through retirement, collaborating closely with various departments such as New Site Development, Construction, Operations, Sales, Finance, Tech & Systems, and Legal to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. Our HR team is distinguished by its proactive and strategic approach. Unlike in many organizations where HR functions are limited to administrative oversight, our HR professionals are empowered with the authority and responsibility to drive critical processes directly. This includes talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational planning. By leveraging in-house expertise, our HR team can align long-term organizational sustainability with innovative HR practices and cost-effective strategies. This alignment ensures that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to contribute to the company's success. Each member of our HR team plays a pivotal role in making high-impact decisions, resulting in a more dynamic and productive work environment.
Position Overview
This role can be based in Denver, CO Ashburn, VA; in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).
As the L&D Partner for Learning and Development in the North America region, you will be a strategic innovator responsible for crafting and delivering impactful learning experiences that empower our employees and drive organizational transformation across the continent. Reporting into the Director of Learning and Development within North America, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing regional development initiatives, as well as supporting with the delivery and localization of global learning initiatives across the NA region. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout North America to address the unique learning needs of each local market. With your deep expertise in adult learning principles and your passion for fostering a culture of continuous growth, you will guide our employees through transformative journeys, from immersive technical training, and in-role training frameworks to dynamic team facilitation sessions. Your work will not only unlock the potential of our teams but also cultivate a workplace where everyone is empowered to lead with an outward mindset and drive meaningful region-wide change.
Essential Job Functions
Program Design & Delivery:
1. Design and deliver exceptional technical and in-role development programs and initiativestailored for the North American market.
2. Partner with regional SMEs to design learning initiatives that develop in-role capability development and support progression opportunities within and across job families.
3. In partnership with global functions, facilitate impactful culture and team-building initiatives, such as Outward Mindset workshops, to drive organizational transformation across the region.
4. Facilitate engaging and transformative workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth throughout North America.
Regional Learning Strategy:
5. Collaborate with HR and L&D colleagues to ensure global learning initiatives are effectively adapted and implemented throughout North America.
6. Partner with regional business leaders and stakeholders to identify critical learning requirements and develop customized solutions for their local needs.
7. Contribute to the regional L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and consistency across North American operations.
8. Collaborate with your global and regional L&D colleagues to adapt and localize global learning content and resources for the unique needs of each North American region.
Continuous Improvement:
9. Leverage data and insights to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and drive continuous improvement across the region.
10. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies to enhance the design and delivery of learning initiatives for the North American market.
Coaching & Mentoring:
11. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to program participants, supporting their professional development journey.
12. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to program participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
13. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, HR, and regional teams, to ensure seamless coordination of learning programs.
14. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support the delivery of high-impact learning initiatives.

Job Requirements
Education:
16. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or a related field.
Experience:
17. Minimum 5 years of experience in a learning and development role in a regional or global capacity.
18. Data Center or high-tech experience is preferred, but not required.
Skills:
19. Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging, impactful, and measurable development programs tailored for diverse regional markets.
20. Expertise in facilitating interactive workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities, particularly in the areas of technical skills, in-role development, and culture and mindset transformation.
21. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and the latest trends in learning and development, with the ability to apply them in a regional context.
22. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively engage with leaders at all levels across the North American region.
23. Proficient in using learning management systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant learning technologies.
24. Adaptable and innovative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in a decentralized, geographically dispersed organization.
25. Passion for driving a culture of continuous learning and development, with a deep commitment to the success of regional leaders and the organization.
26. Driven, strong communicator, outstanding written & communication skills along with high attention-to-detail, required.
27. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
28. Travel required is expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details
29. Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
30. This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
31. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
