Office based - Lutterworth
Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5.30pm (30 hours per week)
£11.73 per hour / £18,298 actual salary
Our client, a charity based in Lutterworth, are looking for a Facilities Assistant / Receptionist to work 4 days per week in their offices. You will be responsible for ensuring the site operates efficiently and managing front of house.
The key responsibilities as a Facilities Assistant / Receptionist:
* Greeting visitors and staff into the offices, ensuring all visitors are booked in
* Booking meeting rooms and coordinating catering requirements
* Coordination of incoming post
* Managing supplies and undertaking stocktakes
* Coordinating maintenance of safety equipment and ensuring all is on schedule
* Assisting in collation of H&S documentation for contractors
* Key holder / fire warden / first aid responsibilities
* Setting up meeting rooms
The minimum requirements of the Facilities Assistant / Receptionist:
* Experience in an office environment
* Great organisation skills and attention to detail
* Can prioritise and meet deadlines
* Good with IT systems including Microsoft Office
The ideal candidate for the Facilities Assistant / Receptionist:
* Completes work to a high standard
* Very friendly and welcoming
* Experience in a wide range of administrative functions
* Physically able to move chairs etc for functions
