Fleet Sales Consultant
Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £23,500 per annum, plus commission based on profit
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (37.5 hours per week) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
We are delighted to present an exceptional opportunity on behalf of our client. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Consultant to join their team at their Stoke-on-Trent site.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to join a well-established company within the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving fleet sales, ensuring high standards of service, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Manage all leasing activities in line with established standards.
* Develop and recommend effective pricing and promotional strategies.
* Ensure adherence to safe working practices and industry regulations.
* Deliver high-quality service standards and meet customer expectations.
* Maintain effective communication with customers and provide timely responses to inquiries.
* Update the CRM system accurately and consistently.
* Handle customer issues professionally, taking ownership to ensure timely resolution.
* Carry out additional duties as required to meet business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
* Passion for corporate and leasing sales.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Personable, enthusiastic, and determined to succeed.
* Full UK driver’s licence is essential.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well within a team and establish rapport with customers.
