RNT Fitness is looking for a Sales Development Rep to connect with inbound leads, nurture relationships, and book calls for our sales team.
We provide warm, high-intent leads—your job is to engage, qualify, and book them into calls with our senior sales team. If you have a natural ability to build rapport, handle objections, and get people excited to take action, this role is for you!

Your Mission
As a Sales Development Rep, your mission is simple: engage, qualify, and book high-intent leads into calls with our senior sales team. You’ll be the first touchpoint for potential clients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and excited to take the next step in their fitness journey. Your role is vital in helping us impact more lives while ensuring a smooth, results-driven sales process.
What You’ll Be Doing
Outbound Calling
* Dial existing leads in our CRM and follow up with potential clients.
* Qualify and engage prospects.
* Overcome objections and get leads excited to book a call.
Inbound Calling
* Call new inbound leads who submit their information
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups
* Send SMS and email follow-ups to increase appointment show-up rates.
* Reconnect with older leads and re-engage them.
* Track call outcomes and maintain detailed CRM records.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead processes.
* Share feedback on lead quality and common objections.
* Continually improve your communication and conversion skills.
Who We’re Looking For
* Confident, articulate, and persuasive communicator.
* Self-motivated with a hunger for hitting and exceeding targets
* Comfortable making 100+ calls per day and handling objections.
* Some experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service (preferred but not required).
* Coachability and a willingness to learn—we provide full training!
* Passionate about fitness, coaching, or personal development.

Compensation
Given that this is a sales role, you are paid off of your performance and how many leads you close.
This role will be based on a zero hour contract, with a monthly base and paid on a commission basis..
