Customer Service Adviser - Newry Branch

As a Customer Service Adviser, you will handle customers' day-to-day banking queries, assist with their digital questions, open new accounts, provide information on new products, manage customer meetings, and deliver outstanding customer service.

What Skills and Experience Do You Need to Join Us?
1. Customer service experience, preferably from a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing background.

Salary & Benefits:
We are offering an entry salary of £22,000 along with 32 days leave per year (22 days annual leave plus 10 paid bank holidays). We also offer a range of flexible benefits tailored to your needs.
