This position will be based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire branch.
Our business is repairing domestic white goods appliances for varied customer types ranging from private consumers and letting agents to housing associations and insurance companies. We do this by utilising the great engineers we have working in the field as well as through our network of subcontractors.
What you’ll get up to as a Customer Services Executive:
The role will be based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire office working 10:30-18:30 Monday to Friday with a Saturday shift 09:00-17:00 once a month (with a 30-minute lunch break each day).
The role includes:
1. Answering customer queries efficiently
2. Scheduling engineer visits
3. Proactively communicating with customers to manage open repair jobs
4. Maintaining and updating client portals to keep customers informed
5. Streamlining engineer routes for optimal efficiency
