The Role As an NFU Mutual Customer Service & Sales Advisor you’ll be the backbone of the team in our Bridgend & Swansea Agency where you’ll deliver the best possible customer service to new and existing customers. This is a truly varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to focus on your own continuous development. We’re a team that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do. It’s what we’ve built our reputation on and as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor you’ll focus on bringing your personality to the role and establishing long term, effective relationships with new and existing customers. We’re all about warm personalities, quality conversations and a customer-first attitude, so you’ll be fully trained before promoting and selling NFU Mutual products and services that meet our customer’s needs. About you Whatever your background, you’re enthusiastic, willing to learn and open to new ideas. You bring an approachable style to building relationships with customers and colleagues alike. To join our team, you will have: Experience working with a customer service environment It would be ideal if you had a clean driver’s license, but this is not essential. Experience of working within a regulated environment would be desirable however not essential as we will provide you with all of the training you need to be successful within this role.
