Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager who excels in high-level scientific exchange and is passionate about bringing innovative treatments to patients. Launch a new treatment into the private market and prepare for NHS market launch.
Collaborate with the UKINORD Commercial Director and cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
Finalize and implement Key Account Plans to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and NHS management.
Drive formulary and protocol inclusion and adoption in identified market opportunities.
Monitor and review performance against sales targets and KPIs, adjusting plans as needed.
Provide in-field insights to marketing and commercial teams to ensure customer-focused strategies.
Represent the company at local, national, and international congresses and meetings.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in field-based Oncology/Haematology Sales.
Strong background in account planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of the NHS environment and its management structures.
Demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets.
