The Role
As Assistant Headteacher, you will:
• Lead a phase: Provide strategic direction and support to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and outcomes across your phase.
• Drive excellence in a core subject: Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of a core subject curriculum, ensuring all pupils achieve exceptional progress.
• Model outstanding practice: Demonstrate exemplary teaching, setting high expectations for pupils and staff.
• Support whole-school improvement: Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver on our strategic priorities, including improving attainment and embedding a relational approach.
• Develop staff: Mentor and support colleagues through coaching, guidance, and tailored professional development opportunities.
