Job Description
The UK Partner Manager for ISO & Reseller is responsible for securing new Reseller Partnerships for this leading acquirer. These Reseller Partners will promote and sell the acquirer's Payment Services through their sales teams. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential partners, building and nurturing a pipeline of prospective partnerships, and managing the entire sales process from initial qualification to commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities include:
1. Identify and qualify prospective reseller partner opportunities by conducting thorough research and analysis to pinpoint potential direct partners aligned with the company's goals and target market.
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners through proactive engagement and relationship building.
3. Establish productive, professional relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including MDs, CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior developers.
4. Present and negotiate commercial agreements in line with the company's guidelines and objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the card payments industry within a target-driven environment.
* Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels within partner organizations.
* Proficiency in MS-Office products.
* Excellent communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
* Demonstrated responsible work ethic.
* High flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
* Strong goal-oriented mindset.
* Confident demeanor with exceptional negotiation skills.
* Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
Benefits:
