IFA Administrator Location : Deddington Full-Time or Part-Time A well-established financial planning firm is looking for a highly organised experienced Administrator to join their team and hit the ground running. This is a varied role that requires someone to come from a IFA background with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with clients to gather personal details, process changes, and manage correspondence. Complete compliance checks, anti-money laundering processes, and handle provider communications. Support financial planners with pension transfers, annuities, and investment administration. Maintain and update client records using Intelligent Office (IO). Prepare review packs, adviser charge letters, and invoices.
