Willow Gardens is an Extra Care facility providing planned care and support to individuals living in their own homes. The scheme comprises of 90 self-contained flats and provides a person-centred Care and Support to these individuals.
As well as the care and support aspect of the service we also provide social opportunities and community engagement within the communal areas of the scheme.
Job Summary:
* Provide a quality Care and Support service to individuals including medication administration and personal care as essential.
* Work as part of a team to provide a service in line with CQC essential standards and the processes and procedures of the organisation.
* Experience with working or caring for older people is essential.
* A willingness to undertake mandatory training and qualifications where required.
* An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Must be flexible and can work weekends and Bank Holidays as required.
* Our current rota is 4 days on and 4 days off on a rolling 16-week rota.
* Have good written and verbal skills.
Hours: 20 hours per week
If successful, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS with Adults Barring check.
