IT Support Engineer required to work for a leading IT services organisation supporting businesses in the Kent region, maintaining their strong reputation by providing expert technical support and engaging directly with end-clients.
The successful candidate will be very technically hands-on and able to work under pressure to provide face-to-face support, resolving critical issues and incidents with quick turn around to ensure minimal impact to customer operations. This role requires someone hard-working, efficient, and with strong communication skills.
Required Skills:
* Strong experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Windows Server, Office365
* Knowledge of wireless, WAN and wired LAN technologies
* Hardware and device support experience.
* Driver’s license
This role is based in the Kent region and required someone who is able to drive to various client sites.
