Join the NHS Highland Resourcing Team
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Resourcing Support Assistant within the newly formed Resourcing Team at NHS Highland. This team is responsible for providing comprehensive resourcing services across all job families and geographic areas.
The role involves supporting the Resourcing Team in activities such as coordinating recruitment for various employment terms, managing bank and agency worker engagements, resident doctor rotations, and redeployments.
The successful candidate will handle general email and telephone enquiries, assist with employment checks, and perform administrative tasks. We are looking for individuals with attention to detail, good keyboarding skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and an interest in working in a fast-paced office environment. This position is based in Inverness and is currently permanent, full-time (37 hours per week), reducing to 36 hours from 1 April 2026. We welcome applications from those seeking flexible working hours.
