Mental Health Support Worker West Cumbria | Day & Night Shifts | 36 Hours per Week | 12-Week Temp to Perm | £12.30 per hour Female candidates only as this is indicated under occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 We are currently recruiting experienced Mental Health Support Workers to provide dedicated 2:1 support for an individual with complex needs, including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and an Eating Disorder. Key Responsibilities: Deliver holistic, person-centred care within the clients home environment Support with daily living tasks, mental health needs, and meaningful engagement activities Promote independence and facilitate community participation Monitor and report on both physical and mental health indicators Work in line with care plans, risk assessments, and medication procedures Maintain clear and accurate records, and assist in crisis situations under the guidance of a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
