We are looking for a passionate and committed Dual Registered Manager to join our client's growing team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Romford, overseeing two residential children's homes, which are within walking distance of each other and provide care for a total of six children.

Key Qualifications:
1. Proven experience and qualifications as a Registered Manager.
2. In-depth knowledge of residential care operations.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Team-oriented with the ability to foster positive relationships.
5. Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
6. Experience supporting children and young people with EBD.
7. Prior experience as an Ofsted-Registered Manager.
