About Us: At ATL, we pride ourselves on our in-house systems knowledge and ability to create bespoke warehousing solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Warehouse Systems Controller to join our Software Development Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and maintaining bespoke solutions within our warehouse management system (WMS). The Role: As a Warehouse Systems Controller, you will work closely with our warehouse and software teams to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our WMS. You will monitor and resolve WMS-related queries, perform stock adjustments, assist in warehouse process improvements, and contribute to system development. Experience within a warehousing environment is essential, particularly with WMS as an administrator, team leader, or stock controller. Knowledge of SQL programming would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Key Responsibilities: Analyse WMS transaction data to ensure stock accuracy and document all adjustments. Identify and report recurring system issues, assisting in process improvements. Monitor IT ticketing systems and respond to WMS-related queries efficiently. Support warehouse operations by troubleshooting and escalating WMS issues. Perform stock adjustments and conduct root cause analysis. Assist in client setups within the WMS and become the go-to person for new client integrations. Use SQL to optimize warehouse processes and create custom reports. Document processes clearly and assist in training staff on new procedures. Input large data sets into the WMS and ensure system accuracy aligns with physical inventory. What Were Looking For: Essential: Previous experience in a warehouse distribution role. High level of computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and maintain accuracy under pressure. Desirable: Experience in a similar role. Knowledge of SQL programming. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with logistics professionals at all levels. Why Join Us?
