As we continue to grow and expand our team based on new Consumer Regulation, we are seeking a talented and experienced Quality and Inclusion Manager to join us and lead our efforts in learning more about our customers and implementing change.
As the Quality and Inclusion Manager, you will be leading on developing a framework to ensure we are implementing our approach to inclusivity across all services and responding appropriately to varying customer needs. This includes reviewing and monitoring accessibility, learning from customer feedback, recommending system redesigns, capturing accurate data and delivering training to enhance our offer. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, customer service skills, innovation and attention to detail.
